Demo Church is shepherded by a team of pastors, elders, deacons, and staff who love this church and the city it sits in. We lead together, we pray before we decide, and we take the long view because the work of a church family is never quick.
Our pastors carry the day-to-day work of teaching, counseling, and caring for the people God has entrusted to us. They are ordinary people with ordinary weeks who happen to love this calling more than anything else they could be doing.
Our elders are lay leaders called and confirmed by our congregation. Together with the pastors they pray over major decisions, shepherd the church family, and make sure no one person ever drifts into running this place alone.
Deacons & staff
Behind every Sunday morning is a quiet army of deacons, ministry directors, and support staff who set up the chairs, pour the coffee, count the offering, run the kids check-in, and answer the phone when someone walks through their hardest week.
Our deacons are lay servants called by the church to handle the practical care of the congregation - meals for new parents, rides for elderly members, benevolence for neighbors in need, and dozens of small acts of kindness no one ever sees.
The best way to meet the pastors, elders, and staff is to walk in on a Sunday morning. Coffee is hot by 8:30, services run at 9 and 11, and one of us will be near the door looking for you.
